Comedian Ron "Tater Salad" White is probably best known as the cigar smoking, scotch drinking funnyman from the "Blue Collar Comedy" phenomenon. But in 2006, with two Grammy nominations, a second CD and DVD, his second one-hour special on Comedy Central and a book released in June, White has established himself as a star in his own right. Both razor-sharp and blunt, his second and current one-hour Comedy Central special, You Can't Fix Stupid, was the #1 show in prime time on basic cable when it first aired. The comedy CD of the same name premiered at #14 on Billboard's Top 200, ranked #1 on the Billboard Comedy Charts for 9 consecutive weeks and was nominated for a Grammy Award. White also received a second Grammy nomination for the CD, Blue Collar Comedy Tour -- One for The Road.
