Affectionately known as the Trocks, this company of professional male dancers presents a playful, entertaining, comic approach to classical ballet. Blending a loving knowledge of dance with the astounding fact that men can dance en pointe, the company performs the full range of ballet and modern dance repertoire. Classical and original works are faithfully rendered, achieving comedy by exaggerating the foibles, accidents, and underlying incongruities of serious dance. Men dancing all the parts --  from swans, sylphs, and water sprites to angst-ridden Victorian ladies -- enhances rather than mocks the spirit of the art, delighting and amusing the knowledgeable and novice alike.
