Founded in 1985, this group of traditional percussionists, musicians, and dancers transports audiences to their native land of Mali (West Africa) in accomplished and respected performances. Walking a line between tradition and modernity, the groups’ repertory is rich and varied. Inspired by traditional music and shaped by their own identity and personality, the ensemble creates original yet authentic musical experiences.
