For the first time this holiday season, The Paramount Theater is partnering with the Salvation Army to host an Angel Tree. The Angel Tree program offers the community an opportunity to provide gifts for underprivileged children from infants through age 12. This effort assists over 1,000 area children per year. The Paramount's Angel Tree is located in the theater's Box Office, which is open 10 am to 6:30 pm Monday through Friday, and 10 am to 5 pm on Saturdays during the holiday season.
Individuals who would like to participate in the program may select an Angel from The Paramount's tree through mid-December. On each Angel is a child's name, age, and a gift he or she has requested. Once purchased, new and unwrapped gifts should be returned to The Paramount's Box Office no later than Friday, December 16.
