The Paramount is currently seeking a Production and Facilities Manager. 

Responsible for the technical coordination and execution of all Paramount events and activities, as well as facility maintenance and upkeep, the Production and Facilities Manager supervises all Paramount technical and front-of-house employees, is the primary liaison with visiting artist technical personnel, oversees production requirements/budget, and maintains proactive vendor relationships pertaining to specific technical and overall facility needs.

Reports To: VP of Operations.

Classification: Full-time.

Responsibilities:
• Serve as an integral member of The Paramount Theater team.
• Supervise and manage all aspects of production for presented and rental events.
• Serve as the primary liaison with technical personal of presented and rental events.
• Oversee, recruit and supervise all technical personnel employed by The Paramount.
• Manage production budget for all Paramount events.
• Review and advance all technical riders/production requirements for presented and rental events.
• Secure and manage the rental/purchase of supplemental theatrical equipment.
• Oversee the purchasing and maintenance of all theatrical and film equipment owned by The Paramount.
• Prepare, maintain and update Paramount Theater technical specifications.
• Provide additional support for non-theatrical related events as needed.

Qualifications:
• B.A. in Technical Theater and/or 5 plus years of related experience.
• Knowledge/operational experience with lighting, sound, rigging, film and
additional theatrical equipment.
• Ability to remain self-motivated, work independently, and manage multiple
priorities effectively.
• Positive attitude and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong commitment to customer service.
• Ability to work with a variety of constituents, including volunteers, Board
Members and the general public.
