‘Tis the season to be jolly when all-time square Clark Griswold and family attempt to have an old-fashioned Christmas! First it’s the bickering in-laws. Then Clark’s Christmas lights give the entire city a big surprise. When things can’t get any worse, sleazy Cousin Eddie and his backwoods brood come for an extended stay! Can the Griswolds remain in the holiday spirit?

  • The home movie that Clark watches in the attic is labelled “Christmas ’59,” which is also the name of the John Hughes short story that inspired this film.
